Raffalys responsibilities
Raffaly handles all aspects of technology side, providing a legal and compliant technical solution for running partners' online raffles. Raffaly also provide features and tools which help partners promote their raffles.
We will take all necessary steps to ensure that the platform consistently provides a dependable and seamless service for running raffles. One that also financially protects both partners running raffles and people buying tickets.
Raffle laws and compliance regulations may change over time. We stay vigilant in monitoring these changes and promptly implement any necessary adjustments to ensure that your online raffles remain fully compliant and operate legally.
All ticket sales are securely processed by Raffaly, ensuring that every transaction is handled with the highest level of security. We also take responsibility for the transfer of ticket revenue to our partners at the conclusion of each raffle.
Partners responsibilities
Partners are responsible for promoting their raffles, managing and delivering the advertised prizes, and the end result the raffle. While Raffaly offers tools to aid in promotion, it does not provide direct promotional support.
Partners are fully responsible for promoting their own raffles. While Raffaly provides built-in tools and features to assist with this, it does not offer direct promotional support for a partner's raffle.
Prizes are owned and distributed by the partners. Raffaly does not take ownership of any prize featured in the raffles. However, it provides functionality for partners and winners to connect and arrange prize delivery.
Raffaly is responsible for delivering a complete solution for facilitating online raffles, while partners are accountable for the final outcomes, including addressing any concerns or dissatisfaction from entrants regarding the raffle setup.
