How it works
In 6 steps, we will explain how running an online raffle on Raffaly works for the host, ticket buyers, and eventual winners.
1. The host creates a raffle
The host will create a raffle and provide information about the one or more prize that can be won, including photos/videos, a description, and a purchase price. They will also choose how many tickets are available, how much they cost, and when the raffle will end. Once approved, it will be published on the website.
2. The raffle will run
The raffle will run until the given end date, during which users will be able to purchase raffle tickets. To be eligible to enter, each user must first answer a question for legal reasons. Every right answer will be placed into the final anonymous draw.
3. The raffle ends and automated draw is done
The raffle ends when all of the tickets are sold or the end date is reached. We will contact all ticket holders once the raffle finishes. An automated draw occurs 15 minutes after a raffle has ended. We contact all ticket holders to inform them if they have won or not.
4. Host and winners communication
The host will receive the winners' contact information, while the winners will receive the host's contact information. This information can be also obtained in your account. You should speak about how the host will provide the prize to the winner.
5. Prize acceptance
When the winner receives the prize, they should ensure that it is exactly as described and intended. After assessing, they will "accept" the prize from their account. A prize can also be disputed if the winner does not agree. This outcome will be decided by our disputes team.
6. Hosts can withdraw there money
Once the prize has been accepted, we tell the host via email. In addition, we make the funds available to the host for withdrawal. In the same email, we will offer a payment link for this withdrawal. It can also be done from the hosts' account.
