The Promoter
The company "Raffaly" (formed in England and Wales with company registration number 9930826), with its registered office at 12 Alberta Close, Blackburn, United Kingdom, is the promoter of all competitions. The Gambling Act of 2005 exempts prize competitions run by Raffaly from regulation in the UK.
Although the term "raffle" is frequently used on our platform, this is only for marketing and search engine optimisation purposes, and because each participant must submit an answer to the competition entry question, all competitions hosted on our platform are deemed "Prize Competitions" rather than "Raffles" under the law.
Visit www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk for further details on the rules and laws governing raffles and prize competitions.
