Organising Committee main Office Bearers are APSL President - Dr Mohan Siriwardena, Solar Village Project Lead - Prof I. M. Dharmadasa. Fundraising Project Lead - Dr Anuradha Samarasinghe. (APSL Membership Secretary). The Association of Professional Sri Lankans in the UK is a UK registered charity, working on projects in Sri Lanka.
