Back in 1954, a football mad student at Sutton High School, Alan Woodiwiss, decided to create a football team. Seventy years later - with plenty of ups and downs and a deserved MBE for Alan - the club is still going strong, such a rarity for a grassroots club in a time of a cost of living crisis, rising prices for football pitches and more.
